I personally love this totally out there trend. I mean, they're some pretty weird shoes. Not every girl is going to be prancing around in calf-high strappy flats. If you're brave enough to don the glads, keep a few things in mind:

• Let this shoe be the focus accessory. Don't try to fit in a statement necklace or "arm party."
• If you must wear them with jeans, make the jeans skinny and the gladiators shorter. 
• Short shorts/dress? Long gladiators. 
• Longer skirt? Short gladiators.
• Don't wear with fitted skirts or dresses.
• And for the love of italian leather, don't wear them with capris. Just don't ever wear capris.
