Cheesecake Brownies

Mahek of Brown Eyed Beauty has given her rendition of Valentines day pancakes, cake pops, and now she is serving up CHEESECAKE BROWNIES. Delish for v-day, b-days, or any day! Enjoy!

Cheesecake Brownies

What you’ll need:

•   1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)

•   1/4 cup sugar

•   1/3 tsp. vanilla extract

•   1 egg

•   1 brownie mix

•   2 eggs

•   1/4 cup water

•   1/2 cup oil

•   heart-shaped baking pan(s)

Instructions

1)    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

2)    Mix together the brownie mix with 2 eggs, 1/4 cup water, and 1/2 cup oil. Mix together until no clumps.

3)    Pour into each heart shaped pan, dividing equally.

4)    Beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

5)    Pour on top of brownie batter. Take a knife and mix together, to make a marble design.

6)    Put the pans in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
